In the fall of 2011 we purchased 8 historic cottages in the Winter Colony of Aiken SC.  They were in great need of love & attention.

Over the course of One-and-a-Half years we painstakingly restored all eight cottages. And, we preserved every  original detail.

In 1988 we purchased the Historic Cotton Exchange from the City of Augusta. The building was at a point of demolition.
