In the fall of 2011 we purchased 8 historic cottages in the Winter Colony of Aiken SC.  They were in great need of love & attention.

Over the course of One-and-a-Half years we painstakingly restored all eight cottages. And, we preserved every  original detail.

Our guests have loved these furnished rental cottages and these furnished rentals have been acclaimed from visitors from across the globe.

In 1988 we purchased the Historic Cotton Exchange from the City of Augusta. The building was at a point of demolition.

The restoration not only preserved the building, but uncovered many  important historic artifacts.

The restored Cotton Exchange was the key to the redvelopment of the Augusta Georgia Riverwalk.
