      Aiken Luxury Rentals has offered luxury rentals in Aiken since 1985.   We do not subcontract our rentals out to third party companies or individuals. We own, operate and manage each and every one of our rental cottages. We personally oversee each aspect of our rental cottages, from thorough deep cleaning to landscaping and management.  The safety and well-being of our guests and community is paramount.  To best take care of our guests’ health and well-being, we perform the following best practices: 

ACCOMMODATIONS

• Accommodations are available for a  Minimum of  2-3 months.
• We provide Contact-less Check-In and Check-Out procedures.

HOUSEKEEPING

• Our Housekeepers perform touchpoint sanitizations that include but are not limited to – Door handles, Desk, Table, Chairs and Lamp, light switches and Thermostats, Blind-pulls & rods, Security System Keypad, Remote Control Keypad,  TV, Trash receptacle touch points, Iron handle, Towel rails, Faucet and Toilet handles, Kitchen Appliances & Utensils.
• Cottages are thoroughly cleaned with products approved by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) for use against emerging viral pathogens. Disinfectants are applied during routine cleaning. Disinfectants are left to sit on surfaces for several minutes in order to work.
• Everything is washed and cleaned between guests including all Bedding, Blankets, Pillows and Duvets. 
• Floors are mopped and carpets sprayed with disinfectants.
